Site Improvement Project – Hydraulic Car Lifts

The number of parking spaces are critical when you have a three story building zoned for medical use. As underground parking was not an option for our Newport Beach client, we presented the idea of a manned hydraulic car lift structure that allowed for the spaces needed in order to get a certificate of occupancy for the three story structure. We blended the exterior finishes to follow the modern design of the building and carefully selected the right landscape products which became an eye catcher for all who passed by.
