• Project Manager for large healthcare facilities and campus projects for Kaiser Permanente, Mission Hospital, and Martin Luther King Hospital
• Provide and oversee project management, strategic planning, and processing for OSHPD  (now HCAi) projects in Southern California

• Analyze and evaluate construction documents to ensure conformance with onsite conditions, inspection requirements, and guarantee a thorough coordination between all disciplines of design and engineering
• Comprehensive review of construction for conformance with contract documents on a daily or weekly basis, along with preparation of necessary documents and reports
• Organize, host, and document construction meetings as necessary for attendance with ownership construction and design teams, and all necessary agency/inspectors to discuss project status, open items, and project duration/deadlines
• Host, attend special inspections and document punch walk meetings for construction completion, agency approval, equipment testing, and provide thorough review of work quality for occupancy granted by poverninp agencies
