27,000 SF industrial warehouse located in the city of Mission Viejo. The focus of this project is a relocation of our client’s current headquarters and is purposed for the housing of shelving and storage units for distribution and sale. This is a contemporary style concrete tilt-up building with multiple façade reliefs and shade structures as well as a custom designed canopy.
