This acute healthcare facility needed expansion of their vascular department. VDBG understands the importance of patient-centeredness hence utilizing creative design techniques to enhance the quality of patient experience. This is one of the tenets of a successful healthcare delivery system.

This project brought new life to the original facility as well as created gross improvements to patient satisfaction. A resident-physician met with the Vascular Lab management to discuss their patient experience data since their January 9, 2017 move. He commented… “I continue to be impressed with how patient-centered these folks (Varisco Design Build Group) are and truly interested in doing right by the patient.” Their Q3 analytical results placed them at 93%tile which is staggering considering they volleyed between 23% and 56% during the last 3 years prior.
