With a swift 3-month construction timeline, our team navigated the project precisely, driven by the imperative to meet the client’s occupancy deadline. Seamless collaboration with the client and bolstered by the expertise of a dedicated full-time superintendent and on-site support, ensured a streamlined construction flow.

A Magnificent Welcome
Upon entering, the main foyer serves as a grand introduction to our dedication to quality. Meticulously planned, our budget-conscious strategy ensured the entry, reception area, and waiting room were presented with unparalleled attention to detail. Featuring a striking embossed Prime IV logo on the reception wall and luxurious stone countertops with premium plastic laminate finishes. These elements reflect the distinctive style of Varisco Design Build Group.
Additionally, visitors are greeted with a unique sensory experience as they enter through the second door, where a full wall covered with live moss decoration creates a healing and natural ambiance. This thoughtful touch adds an organic element to the space, fostering a sense of tranquility and connection with nature from the moment guests arrive.
Client-Specific Elements
In close collaboration with Prime IV, Varisco Design Build Group seamlessly integrated the brand’s logo and colors throughout the facility, crafting a cohesive and site-specific identity. The compounding room, meticulously designed for optimal functionality, stands as a central hub accommodating both members and non-members alike. The live moss wall was discussed in previous paragraph. Moreover, every aspect of the interior decoration and furniture was carefully selected to harmonize with Prime IV’s vibe and color palette, ensuring a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the design prioritized ample natural light, enhancing the sense of tranquility and relaxation for patients undergoing treatment, complementing the soothing ambiance created by the lush greenery and thoughtful design elements
Member Side Elegance
Stepping into the member side, abundant natural light pours through expansive glass openings, seamlessly blending sophistication with functionality. Each chair in the space is meticulously tailored to Prime IV’s discerning standards, featuring the brand’s embossed logo—a testament to the dedication to member experience. Diving deeper into the design, incorporating natural elements, such as the wave wall and verdant trees, evokes a serene ambiance reminiscent of tranquil waters and lush landscapes. Remarkably, these elements proved cost-effective and seamlessly integrated into the overall design, underscoring Varisco Design Build Group’s commitment to delivering exceptional results within budget and on schedule. Mirroring the wave wall on both sides, along with strategically placed glass panels, ensures that natural light permeates every corner of the space, enhancing the overall atmosphere and creating a welcoming environment for members to enjoy their experience at Prime IV.
Non-Member Space with Natural Elements
In the non-member space, modern design meets organic allure with captivating wood twig accents, striking a harmonious balance between contemporary aesthetics and nature-inspired elements. . A standout feature, the glass wall amplifies the sense of spaciousness while allowing uninterrupted natural light to flood the area. Complemented by double glass doors, bespoke non-member chairs, and strategically placed video screens, the space exudes sophistication and functionality in equal measure. The thoughtfully designed horseshoe layout ensures seamless navigation, fostering an optimal flow throughout the area, and inviting guests to immerse themselves in the exquisite ambiance.

During the construction process, unexpected opportunities arose, like the decision to forego a wave wall in favor of a more fitting wall covering. The result was a harmonious fusion of design elements, showcasing our ability to adapt and integrate new ideas seamlessly. Despite adjustments during the construction journey, we not only met but exceeded expectations within the original budget.
